Reminiscent of fishnet and flesh, Next Next Next continues Lasserre's explorations of abstraction and the human form. This smaller-scale work combines the language of painting with sculptural relief using acrylic paint, layered linen, bent steel, athletic mesh, and panel. A fabric ground frames two black forms lifting outward. A thin band of electric blue traces the edge of a painted, black, receding circle.

Body / Body / Body offers an intimate counterpoint to an age of control: works that reclaim the body as a site of autonomy, performance, pleasure, and lived experience.
With an unconventional use of materials, artists Jamie Isenstein, Fabienne Lasserre, and Sophy Naess reflect upon bodies through the lenses of feminism, humor, and imagination.

Fabienne Lasserre reflects on her decades-long exploration of the boundaries between painting and sculpture, body and space, color and form. Rooted in feminist ethics, her work invites viewers to question binaries and engage with abstraction as a language of inclusion, embodiment, and emotional depth.
